Services and Scope
VPNBasic provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 100+ countries / 190+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription provides access to the corresponding data allowance and routes. Client software and subscription information are available through the user panel.
Coverage does not mean that every route is always available, nor does it guarantee access to any third-party website or app. Choose routes based on what is shown in the panel and actual connection conditions. Third parties manage their own account eligibility, regional policies, and content licensing.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your password, subscription links, and import details secure. Do not publish or transfer your account, or resell or share your subscription with others. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket in the panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time when they are owned by the account holder. This does not grant permission to distribute access to others. You may not use the multi-device allowance to operate a resale proxy, provide public sharing, or offer any other unauthorized redistribution service.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method, data allowance, and price before ordering. See the Pricing page for all plans. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and determine whether the content you access and your use of the service are lawful. Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access to another person’s systems, distribution of malicious software, intellectual property infringement, unlawful data acquisition, or any other illegal purpose.
Do not send spam, conduct network attacks, abuse automated requests, or otherwise disrupt routes or other users’ normal use. When accessing third-party platforms, you must also comply with their terms of service. VPNBasic provides network connectivity and does not grant rights to use third-party content or accounts.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, route congestion, maintenance, and the status of third-party services. VPNBasic does not guarantee a fixed connection speed, continuous availability of a particular exit location, or uninterrupted access to any specific website. If you encounter an issue, consult the Getting Started Guide or submit a support request through the user panel.
Keep your own copies of important information and do not rely on this service as the sole communications channel for critical operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure, user configuration errors, or third-party failures will be determined based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.
Refund Policy and Requests
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel to submit a support ticket. Explain your request and include the relevant order information so the payment can be verified. Do not include your password or sensitive payment credentials in the ticket.
This refund policy does not require you to prove a route failure or complete technical troubleshooting before making a request. Refund progress and any necessary information checks will be discussed through the ticket. Requests outside the scope described above will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share access, attack the service, or otherwise violate these terms, VPNBasic may restrict relevant features, suspend access, or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. Necessary measures may be taken first to address an active security risk. If you disagree with the outcome, explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket in the panel.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and update month. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights users have already acquired under the law. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how your subscription will be handled.
